I’m selling the President.  This is a very solid West Texas car.  A thorough frame-up restoration was completed 3 years ago.  The stock 259V8 and 4bbl are mated to the original Studebaker Automatic.  Listed in Turning Wheels for $20,300.  Call me at 985 449-4027 or 985 803-0672—Fred Duplechin

Bill Picou of Houma is selling a 1948 Champion 2 door.  This car is in good condition and was running before the engine was pulled.  $1,000 will get it.  All original and very complete.  Only surface rust.  If interested, call Bill at 985 519-3400.

Freon:  Will Sanders has 20 pounds of freon for sale.  Freon is getting  harder and harder to find with the conversion to 132a refrigerant.  Will wants $25 a pound for the freon.  He has a renovation shop in Baton Rouge.   You can reach him at 225 928-7821.

Wanted: 1953 Studebaker C/K in good condition—recent restoration or excellent original.  Also would consider 1952 Champion Deluxe Coupe.  Contact: Joe Mitchell of Leesville at (337) 424-1233.

Studebaker Flocks:

A family connection to one of our members led us to  Mary Eraas in Nebraska who inherited several Studebakers and wants to sell them.  I phoned Mary and found that she has 6 Studebakers to sell, all four door cars, some V8, some six cylinders.  They include a '56 President, a '59 ?, 3 1964 Taxis, and a 61 Lark (the one in the best condition).  All are titled, complete cars that were running when parked.  If interested contact Mary at 402 289-8245 and make an offer.

Lee Arnett in Stanfordville, NY is interested in selling his very nice looking pink and black '55 Studebaker and a garage full of other Studebakers and “Stude stuff”, all for $20,000.  He has a ‘53 in restoration.  Several engines are included.  If you are interested, call Lee Arnett at 845 868-7836 and get the full  scoop.
